GUCCI ищет двух специалистов - Visual Merchandising Manager и Team Manager (Outlet Store).

 

1. Visual Merchandising Manager

Role Mission:
Reporting directly to the Hub General Manager and functionally to EMEA VM Manager, the Hub Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for all the Visual Merchandising activities within the Hub.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Management the execution of consistent window schemes to be applied across all doors for all the sales channels, accordingly to WW and EMEA Visual Merchandising guidelines and Hub needs
  • Ensure that merchandising guidelines are followed
  • Partner with Retail and all the Hub departments to carry out the visual merchandising for all operated stores
  • Seasonal visits to franchisee stores in order to train the sales force, set standards and for the initial store set up
  • Work within merchandising guidelines in order to balance creative image with optimization of retail densities across all categories
  • Support for management and control of Hub Visual Merchandising budget process for business trips
  • People Management of Hub Visual Merchandising Corporate team and all the VM in Store, with a strong focus on development and training

Key Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of international experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
  • Strong creative hand with ability to research and communicate maintaining the Gucci image for all the Hub
  • Ability to work across all levels of the business – drive commercial success
  • Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Photoshop would be considered a plus
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
  • Management of international teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface regularly with internal and external personnel at all levels

2. Team Manager (Outlet Store)

Role Mission:

  • Lead balanced number of CAs, while fully responsible of ensuring each CA performance, training and development with an important focus on clienteling
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing his/her mission in managing the store, and deputize in his/her absence
  • Optimize sales through effective implementation of business strategies set by the Store Manager

Key Accountabilities:

Staff Management:

  • Support Store Manager in the implementation of training programs, evaluation and motivation of staff in order to achieve sales objectives
  • Identify any staff development needs and communicate to Store Manager
  • Maintain effective and regular communication with CAs in order to ensure complete delivery of missions set by Store Manager
  • Monitor and implement staff scheduling as defined by Store Manager
  • Assume staff consultation and coaching duties as necessary

Store Maintenance:

  • Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to Gucci guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays
  • Monitor store cleanliness both on and off the sales floor, and ensure Gucci housekeeping guidelines are met
  • Monitor and review stock level together with customer needs/buying trends, and advise Store Manager of any suggestions necessary to increase sales
  • Sales & Service Management
  • Monitor staff performance to ensure that excellent customer service is maintained
  • Implement action plans set by Store Manager to develop sales for each product category and clienteling
  • Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on sales, including competitors’ trading activities

Administrative Management:

  • Ensure all company information received from Store Manager is communicated to staff as appropriate
  • Conduct daily audit of stock management including merchandise receipt, transfers and sales
  • Produce routine reports (weekly, monthly) as required by Store Manager

Communication and Reporting:

  • Provide Store Manager with reviews and updates on various issues relating to staff management matters
  • Discuss with Store Manager any suggestions relating to business issues in order to facilitate improvement in store management

Key Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of experience in Retail industry (Luxury Retail Preferred)
  • Coaching & People management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical ability, problem solving, planning and organizing skill
  • Cross functional working skills and supportive team player
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
