One of the leading streaming platforms TikTok is actively seeking two new colleagues to run interesting projects. There are two positions vacant — Video Production Project Manager and Project Manager.

 

1. Video Production Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Manage the internal creative department as a PM (deadline, requsts log, cross-team communication). Projects include both video shooting and motion design;
Manage 3rd party creative production projects as a PM (setting tasks, managing communication, supervising paperwork);
Coordinate multi-step creative projects involving several departments and/or parties;
Work with creative team internal tools and help develop them.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or above;
Past or current experience as a project manager in Advertising, Gaming/App or similar industries;
Good knowledge of offline production and digital production (tools, expertises, workflows);
Good communicational skills;
General understanding of UA/performance marketing is a plus;
Experience with influencer/TT content is a plus;
Understanding of pop culture (movies, series, games) and digital reality (platforms, technologies, content) is a plus.

2. Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results;
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
Partner with Business Operations, Sales and Client Services teams to track opportunities and ensure they remain in scope as they make their way through the sales pipeline;
Participate in client communication and provide product recommendations with the sales team;
Collaborate with content partnership and product colleagues to develop, test, execute, and measure ideas for specific brand and agency clients;
Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations to clients with ops team accordingly;
Work with both sales and ad ops teams to timely launch, and assist in campaign optimizations to ensure revenue is maintained and balanced with client goals;
Campaign trouble-shooting when needed;
Knowledge of digital third-party servers, measurement, content and media verification partners.
