Responsibilities:
Owner of the electricity usage and CO2 Surplus KPIs (performance) in Zone EU. Leading Budgeting and Champions processes for Electricity purchased and usage in Zone EU.
Accountabilities:
Contact with procurement for Electricity and CO2 contracts (price). Responsible for supplier reviews and performance optimization.
Develop a strategy and initiatives to achieve the 3YP targets. Contribution toward development of utilities strategies for the zones aligned to Global standards.
Asses potential VPO opportunities for Utility departments in EU and support the plants to bring it effectively to the shopfloor.
Development of Policies and standards for use on Utilities throughout different production processes and support to implement it at all EU sites for his area.
Validate E&F GOP implementation and develop focus GOP for his area.
Develop a process to benchmark the brewery performance on department level to identify Best Practice. Lead the process to roll out and implement Best Practice throughout the EU zone.
Responsible for identifying and documenting best practice for utilities generation and consumption, for subsequent related communications and roll-out to other sites. Point of contact for best practice sharing with similar experts in other zones.
Provide trouble-shooting support to operations as required. Development and implementation of fault-finding techniques. Provision of technical services to support the operations in delivery of performance according to KPIs.
Management of implementation PSM program in across zone, technical support, Presential or remote checks and follow up to improve adoption and speed up rollout. Support implementation PTS for his particular area. Auditing of compliance to InBev and legislative standards in the field of utilities.
Define and implement technical training and skills development related to utilities processes. SKAP develop for his area and identify GAP across EU and develop training. Auditing of compliance to ABI and legislative standards in the field of utilities.
Responsible for GTS utilities standard development and communication into CAPEX team and production processes.
Develop Region Utility strategy which will be align with Zone/Global strategy and follow up that implementation. Participate to region Deep dive call — and define main priority to Brewery and Zone.
Requirements:
Technical University degree or equivalent with experience in Utilities in FMCG industry.
Minimum 5 years Brewery Operations and / or technical experience, at least 2 years at middle or senior coordination level, with time spent in key areas of Utility or Maintenance.
Managerial skills to handle and motivate diversified team
Experience in different cultural situations (emerging, developed markets) is an advantage, or capability demonstrated.
