1. Head of Sales 

Responsibilities: 

  • Build an effective sales department, test hypotheses
  • Ensure the systematic growth of the CR2 indicator (from lead to payment)
  • Fully responsible for hiring and managing a team of 6-8 managers (all planning meetings, 1-on-1 etc.)
  • Monitor the implementation of the plan
  • Control of operational indicators (sales indexes, call/call plan, SLA, conversion) and analytics

Required skills:

  • You have deep experience in B2C sales field, passionate about your profession and result-driven
  • Managing a team of at least 8 managers
  • Have experience in English-language sales
  • Knowing of English-language CRM systems (AMO/Pipedrive as an advantage and other analogues)
  • Have experience working with analytical systems/dashboards (Google Data Studio/Tableau and other analogues)
  • Fluent in English (level at least C1)

2. Head of Community 

Обязательные требования:

  • 5+лет опыта в customer support/success/управлением комьюнити
  • Придерживаться клиентоцентричного подхода по работе с клиентами
  • Опыт управления 30+ людьми в команде
  • Опыт в построении мультиязычных команд поддержки
  • Глубокое понимание и знание метрик качества работы сопровождения

Какие задачи предстоит решать:

  • Строить лучшую команду сопровождения студентов в edtech в мире

  • Управлять командой из 20 человек (а к концу года из 80)

3. Head of Analytics

Responsibilities:

  • Search for growth points in the product, marketing and sales
  • Setting up end-to-end analytics
  • Ownership marketing, product and sales analytics
  • Setting up the analytics infrastructure
  • Data visualization
  • Creation of ad-hoc analytical reports
  • Maintaining the purity of data collection, transmission and visualization

Required skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of web-analytics tools: Google Analytics, GTM, Yandex.Metrika
  • Understanding of product metrics (Retention, NPV and other)
  • Understanding financial metrics
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with visualization systems (Tableau preferred)
  • Knowledge of Python would be a big advantage

4. Head of User Acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the advertising campaigns in Google Ads in two countries (Asia)
  • Projecting and testing different funnels
  • Creating hypothesis and testing them
  • Implementing best practices of buying traffic (Google Ads)
  • Cooperating with local outsourcers
  • Working with high budgets (100.000$ per month and more)
  • Creating the best team on the market, implementing a motivation system and helping the team to grow

Requirements:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in Performance marketing
  • You have experience managing high budgets (not less than 50.000$ per month)
  • You know how to work with end-to-end analytics
  • You managed a team of 3+ people
  • English B2 or above
  • Have experience working on the side of the client

8. Business Development Head

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development initiatives in Indonesia
  • Work closely with management to execute the overall business strategy
  • Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships with instalment and payment partners, potential employers for our graduates, partners for internship programs, key speakers, advisors, etc.
  • Lead membership in the key business associations
  • Work with product team to develop new educational programs
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market needs and initiate change when necessary

Required skills:
