Job Description Summary:

  • This position is responsible for developing and executing the service sales strategy and driving top-line growth for the Ultrasound & Patient Care Solutions Service business in Emerging Markets
  • This role reports directly to the Service Sales General Manager for Emerging Markets and is responsible for attaining the ULS & LCS growth targets of the zone - namely achieve or exceed OP for services in the different service segments (PMS & ODS Revenue, Price, Contract Capture Rate, IB retention & recapture, IB solutions programs)

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Product Sales Specialists in Emerging Markets. Attract & develop key talent to the service sales organization, energize and lead team to achieve business objectives
  • Leverage the support of the LCT Zone Service Sales Managers in the zone to optimize the revenue opportunities of the ULS & PCS product lines
  • Work with marketing on developing positioning/value proposition/messaging, tools and collateral for NPIs, internal and channel partner training, external launch events, demos, announcements and sales campaigns
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive organic growth in Product Services Sales both at Point of Sales and after the end of the warranty period (revenue, capture rate and IB retention)
  • Cultivate and leverage customer relationships at the executive level, develop long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
  • Ensure seamless teamwork with the other product leaders, Equipment Sales, Services and Marketing teams to provide customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with EMEA & Global Service ULS & PCS teams and voice the region’s needs and specificities to the global team

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s /Master Degree
  • Strong problem solving skills, proactive, self driver & able to translate strategy to actionable plans
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
  • Strong business acumen
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience of managing remote teams and influencing organizations
  • Minimum 10 years product commercial or service experience
  • Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization

 

Quality Specific Goals:

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
  • Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
  • Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System
