Your Role:
- Be accountable for the recruitment, onboarding, training and happiness of tutors and actively manage the tutor hiring funnel from generating leads together with marketing to interviewing and onboarding
- Organize workshops to train and update our community
- Observe tutor activity and proactively drive engagement with the customers, improve their teaching skills and ensure overall satisfaction
- Ensure best practices exchange and communication within the community
- Lead a group of Tutor Recruitment Operation Managers and Tutor Success Managers and enhance a positive team spirit
- Be responsible for the Tutors’ activities that include metrics, compensation, benefits, Tutor relations, costs and policies
