In connection with the opening of a representative office of the Russian Mining and Metals Company in Dubai, we are looking for Treasury Specialist (you must be in UAE).
Job Duties:
- managing and daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments and bank account balances, ensuring that companies have enough cash to operate effectively, payment release;
- review and presentation of the daily payment plan to the Management for approval;
- preparation of detailed cash flow reports on several intergroup companies on daily and monthly basis for presentation to the Management;
- managing petty cash and credit cards for several group companies;
- updating various data in the system - cash balances, incoming amounts, etc.
- communicating with the banks on matters like payment execution and payment issues, margin, interest rates and negotiating all banking related issues.
- preparation and upload of various financial reports and data into the system for various group companies: daily account balances, monthly account movements, annual budgets, released payment breakdown, etc.
- maintaining relationship with the insurers.
Requirements:
- university degree;
- work experience in a similar position in the UAE for at least 3 years;
- experience in economics or finance;
- possession of accounting methodology according to RAS, IFRS standards;
- knowledge of English - advanced level;
- knowledge of Arabic - intermediate level.
