Responsibilities
Be responsible for sorting out the business needs and organizing the relevant training to the team to support business growth; Be responsible for personnel training, to empower the team.
Qualifications
Degree educated or equivalent professional experience, minimum 3 years of work experience, excellent reading and writing skills in English;
Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit, strong business communication skills, judgment and analysis ability and copywriting ability;
Strong service consciousness and team spirit, training and presentation experience, and Internet or new media experience is preferred;
Familiarity with offer software, for example Excel, PowerPoint etc;
Relevant sales experience is preferred.
