Your Role
- ekaterra is currently in the process of full global IT Systems and Infrastructure separation from its former owner – Unilever Group. The main goal of this separation is to design, build, test and deploy a fully separate, flexible, and fit for purpose IT environment
- Therefore, company is currently looking for a Training Lead, who would coordinate the cluster deployment activities, making sure the propertraining needs, content and delivery is managed at the local level
Your Key Tasks:
- Overall accountable for defining end user training (for the site / location / global function); Execute in strong collaboration with global, regional and external project teams
- Ensure the understanding of regional training requirements, complete training needs analysis and develop local trainings delivery plans
- Plan, communicate with, mobilise and manage the resources required for training preparation, execution working with the business functions & regions & markets
- Build the network of local trainers and ensure the local trainers are sufficiently supported and comfortable to deliver the end user trainings; Coordinate with eligible teams and escalate, if needed
- Manage all end-user training activities including the scheduling of training sessions, the facilitating of sessions, local logistics, attendance monitoring, and competence testing
- Manages and arranges any local translations required by the local business
- Manages the collection of feedback for the training
Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:
- The role ensures effective global, regional and local internal and external stakeholders collaboration across all organization levels
- The role ensures effective external Vendors collaboration
Skills and Experience:
- 6-8 years of working experience in the IT Change Management / IT Change Management Training / IT Project Management or HR Training Department in a global, fast paced organization
- Experience in the assessment, design and delivery of trainings in the global organization, both on-site and in the virtual environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain key relationships across the business
- Previous experience in the Training Management area
