P&G is looking for a POS (Point of Sales) Marketing Manager which is the opportunity for you to join dream Sales team! You will become part of the division whose mission is to provide the right instruments to drive P&G’s sales. You should do it fast, cost-effectively, with perfect quality, and in a compliant way.
In this role, you will be able to develop a unique set of soft and hard skills which may enable you to grow within and beyond the Sales department. You will closely cooperate with both internal and external partners as well as P&G IT, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Taxes, and Business Units such as Shave Care (Gillette), Hair Care (Head & Shoulders, Pantene, etc.), Oral Care (Oral-B, Blend-a-med) and others. You will get a great experience in project management and improve your ability to handle multiple priorities.
Some of your responsibilities as a Trade (POS) Marketing Manager will include:
- Lead POSM-related initiatives end-to-end: communicate with commercial teams regarding a project plan and control its timely completion; prepare POSM toolkits; collect inputs on the required number of POSM from P&G and distributors and align them with the key stakeholders; ensure timely POSM delivery to locations of regional distributors; control POSM stock and quotas on warehouse
- Analyze inputs from distributors to understand POSM usage rate and reduce its disposal
- Build expertise in Trade Marketing budget management through the reconciliation of POSM budgets for various Business Units
- Play a stewardship role by controlling Proof-of-Performance (POPs) and ensuring all the documents reflect rendered service correctly
- Drive optimization: reduce process complexity and ensure time savings through the development of advanced analytics, communication, reporting, and other tools

Qualifications:
- Any higher education degree and up to 3 years after graduation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Passion for business process optimization and automation
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Project management experience within a multifunctional team is preferable
- SAP knowledge would be a competitive advantage
