L’Oréal Russia is looking for Trade-Marketing Manager in professional division.
Key Mission:
To develop and manage the implementation of trade marketing activities in the point of sales in order to reach image distribution targets for brands;
To organize effective cooperation between Sales, Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams and to ensure that marketing plans are well transferred to the point of sales.
Responsibilities:
To develop annual trade support plan for the managed Brand(s) in accordance with corporate guidelines and company objectives;
To initiate and lead development, marketing and sales implementation and evaluation of trade marketing activities within given time frames;
Constantly communicate with Sales team to ensure common understanding of the executed activity and achievement of desired objectives;
Development of point of sales materials and trade equipment together with external agencies and Marketing team;
Timely agree with brand marketing and communicate to Sales team merchandising standards. Monitor POS compliance with agreed standards during field visits;
Provide recommendations to brand marketing on merchandising standards changes;
Constantly track, monitor and analyze competitors’ situation in the marketplace;
Constantly track and reconcile together with financial control trade marketing budget for managed Brand(s);
Ensure that all the recommended actions are within the approved budget limits.
Requirements:
Excellent Analytical and Communication skills;
Bachelor degree, preferably in economics / marketing / management;
Experience in Trade-Marketing 3+ years;
Fluent English;
Advanced PC user;
Ability to work in a team and maintain relations in a team, to be the leader;
Project ownership oriented;
Presentations skills.
