Henkel is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager (Beauty Care).
Responsibilities:
Leading Trade Marketing activities
Plan, organize and lead activities of TM team
Independently Lead TM projects: tailor-made promos, BTLs, national roll-outs support with POSM
Organise and lead Monthly client meetings to discuss promo plans, offer ideas, draw conclusions of activities
Offer new TM support options: digital, loyalty programs options etc.
Analyze measurable success indicators (KPIs): e.g. ROI for any activity, formulate decisions based on these KPIs
Support marketing and sales team in incentive programs: planning and execution
Actively participate in cross-functional projects (Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence)
Propose justified changes to structure, tasks, challenge status quo, offer innovative approach
Requirements:
Higher education
3-4 year experience related to such position in FMCG (Trade marketing, brand management, category management, sales)
People management experience
Strong negotiation skills
Good Excel & Power Point knowledge is highly preferable
