Established in 2009 company now has four key areas of focus: The Earthshot Prize, a set of ambitious challenges to inspire a decade of action to repair the planet; The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, campaigning to drive awareness and action on the transformational impact of the first five years; United for Wildlife, which aims to disrupt the illegal wildlife trade; and supporting mental health and wellbeing, including through our focus on Emergency Responders.

The role:
As part of ambitious new vision, which makes research central to all company does, they seek two exceptional research leaders. These key roles will ensure that company is at the cutting edge of emerging issues and initiatives are evidence-led, designed for maximum impact and in such a way that we can measure our success in a robust and objective way.
One will serve as Associate Director of Research in the newly created research unit for the wider Foundation.
Requirements:
You will combine a passion for mission with best-in-class research expertise. You will bring experience of designing and delivering high-quality mixed methods research, research which provides actionable insights and leads to demonstrable impact. Strategically minded with outstanding communication skills you will be a positive, flexible, and hands-on team player.

Strategically minded with outstanding communication skills you will be a positive, flexible, and hands-on team player. For the Centre for Early Childhood role you will also bring knowledge of the UK policy landscape including how policy is developed and implemented.
