Key Responsibilities:
- Localize global TA (Therapeutic Area) strategy and drive launch planning & execution
- Drive & deliver on sales performance, growth and revenue of TA priority brands
- Activate new customer engagement model for the respective TA; maximize performance of priority brands
- Build long-term partnerships with the TA-related external stakeholders, to deliver joint value
- Build strong x-functional, agile teams, coach and develop talents
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
- Direct leadership experiences (team of min. 3-10 people)
- Track record of delivering performance results and budget management successfully (e.g. promotional budget responsibility)
- Track record in defining and implementing the launch strategy for a specialty brand preferable in healthcare & life science industry
- Customer centric experiences: demonstrated deep understanding of customer needs and translated them into meaningful business value generating initiatives (patients, HCP`s, healthcare partners, government)
- Experiences related to one or more of the future capabilities we are trying to build:
- Cx as Reimagining Marketing: Integrated brand & customer engagement strategy (omnichannel marketing)
- AI-Powered Business Insights & Analytics: Experiences in data & analytics strategy
- Healthcare Systems: Understand the HCS and translate this understanding into insights which inform our portfolio and product strategies
- Business Agility: Flexible resource allocation, data driven decision making, iterative delivery of work for rapid validation and customer feedback, self managed teams
