One of the leaders of the Russian and CIS animation market Riki Group is currently recruiting a Territory sales manager.

 

As a Territory sales manager  you will

Use your expertise to drive sales growth and increase market share and awareness of brands across the world.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing sales and marketing plans with key accounts to achieve sales targets and reach the leadership in the category

 

Responsibilities
Developing and executing sales strategy in a region to achieve growth and hitting/exceeding annual sales target;
Developing and maintaining professional relationships with main licensees and strategic partners of the company, agents by territories;
Planning and organizing market research and segmentation, identifying the opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to the growth of sales;
Leading content deals and contract terms development/negotiation activities with licensees while collaborating with international broadcasters and VOD platforms;
Giving support in resolving potential financial and legal aspects issues by devising and recommending strategic solutions.
Receiving reports, providing documents and materials to partners;
Providing commercial analysis of deals and proposals in order to optimize deal terms within guidelines and Riki’s strategy;
Attending industry events, such as markets, events and conferences, and providing the feedback and information on market and creative trends;
Collaborating with all other members of the Sales team to ensure the Company’s sales and share goals are achieved, and to share best practices.

 

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in business or sales/marketing related discipline. MBA a plus
3+ years of content sales and account management experience domestically or internationally
Strong commercial and analytical skills — experience in data analyzing, providing the executive team and other business units with business unit KPI actively
Commercial awareness, marketing and sales background
Extensive experience of structuring and negotiating deals across multiple business models
Strong written and oral communication skills

 

Conditions:
Moscow, Saint-Petersburg or remote work
Business trips to content markets.
