Responsibilities:
- Planning for the launch of the exchange
- Vendor team management, no room for error
- Setting up, adaptation, process management on the project from the collection of requirements to technical support
- Conduct Scrum events: planning sprints, daily team meetings, retrospectives, etc.
- Interaction with partners
- Project budget and risk management, project reporting
- Facilitation of teamwork, setting up a workflow, priorities, tracking deadlines
Important:
- Mandatory relocation in the UAE
- Experience in developing and launching unique products and projects (international) for at least 3 years
- English – fluent spoken and technical
- Understanding how fiat and cryptocurrency exchanges work
- Understanding how devOps work
- Understanding the tools and methods of software development
- Systemic thinking
- SCRUM and Waterfall - maximum proficiency level
