Mercury is looking for a Technical Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with an internal team of software engineers in Europe, US, Asia to craft user-facing web features that art and design lovers will love;
- Lead projects and work closely with Product team, engineers, and other stakeholders to test and ship features following Agile practices;
- Build, optimize, and maintain elegant abstractions, shareable libraries, and robust APIs, internal and consumer-facing tools;
- Provide mentorship for team members and help them grow in their technical responsibilities;
- Long term project – develop a platform, mobile apps, video streaming apps, and other projects, such as NFT marketplace, metaverse;
- Build platform, oversee a team of 20+, work closely with a development team, product team, support team to grow and nurture it;
- Work in an established company building new products from scratch, without old legacies, in an entrepreneurial team culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years of managerial experience, an ability to build processes and flows in Agile, build a roadmap, manage the resource planning;
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA;
- Deep knowledge of the best engineering practices, architectural solutions and cloud services (we use AWS);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English.
