- Position: Technical Lead with a further promotion to CTO
- Industry: Fintech in digital assets (crypto with an element of blockchain technology)

Company offers:

- Remote from Moscow or SpB. Relocation to London will be discussed later. However, happy to talk to candidates already located in London

Responsibilities:
- Set-up and lead technical block of the company
- Develop and execute a technical strategy of the whole company. Further implementation of the overall technical vision
- Define the Technology Stack and its further development
- Build and lead the technology team, including defining and tracking KPIs
- Build and lead the company's technical infrastructure
- Select and manage outsourced teams when needed
- Set-up and monitor KPIs and IT budgets
- Discover new technologies that could bring a technology edge
- Represent the company in meetings with partners, shareholders, potential investors, etc.
- Establish governance over technology assets and investments to manage the levels of risk
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building software products
- 3+ years of experience managing technical teams
- CTO or TechLead experience in FinTechs or banks
- Familiar with digital assets and / or banking products (such as investments, deposits, loans, etc)
- Ideally, have a good understanding of blockchain technologies
- Experience in building teams from scratch and leading them
- Ideally, experienced in setting up and / or building a technical strategy of the whole company;
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of English
