Responsibilities:
Analysing, evaluating and optimizing recruiting processes and channels
Data driven recruiting excellence with a focus on both quality and speed
Innovate, identify and create new ways to attract the best candidates
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Be responsible for our full life cycle recruitment and talent acquisition process (sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, onboarding) and continuously develop new strategies to attract exceptional talents
Requirements:
You are driven by the desire to attract & hire A players and build exceptional teams
3+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally with a spike in Business
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
You are a true team player that enables and empowers others
Excellent technical and analytical abilities
Self-motivated, proactive and organized individual with a positive attitude

How we work:
VISARIGHT is an international team working in Berlin & Magdeburg (DE) and remotely.
We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. Most of us work Monday — Friday from 9 UTC to 18 UTC, and ideally you’ll overlap at least 5 hours with that. We try to be as asynchronous as possible, but still feel that we need some “synchronicity” to work well.
