GlaxoSmithKline is looking for a Tech Senior Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Tactical partnering and stakeholder management
- Provide consultation to Consumer Healthcare stakeholders on Digital & Tech investments and value-add activities to identify market tactics in alignment and support of BU strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the Consumer Healthcare market commercial, QSC and R&D departments to understand and ensure market requirements, expectations and opportunities are identified, prioritized and align to CH Digital & Tech Strategies.
- Drive data & analytics agenda and manage digital initiatives.
- Work with CH Digital & Tech Global Team and manage, plan and bring harmonization across Global Digital & Tech systems and platforms to ensure the successful and on-time deployment for all Digital & Tech projects within market.
- Ensure Digital & Tech budget and funding is clearly defined to request endorsement by all stakeholders at the right level.
- Digital & Tech product & platform adoption, value articulation
- Understand the Market business and user needs to bring to the central teams.
- Customer centric to drive value of the global products, play the last mile in value articulation and product adoption.
- Working across Digital & Tech to ensure ERP, core Digital & Tech, global products etc. are working for the Market.
- Understand market environment and identify specific business needs which could not be fulfilled by global products, design, plan and implement local product/platforms such as Global Enterprise Datalake, Global CDP, SCRM, DTC etc. to support fast market growth.
- Digital & Tech Transformation, Innovation & BU market adoption
- Contribute a BU/Market-wide transformation to modern, agile Digital & Tech infrastructure and applications framework.
- Drive Digital & Tech enabled innovation and transformation which will accelerate standalone consumer healthcare business growth in market.
- Portfolio Management & Delivery
- Conversant with Agile and Project/Product Management methodologies.
- Follow global Digital & Tech portfolio and standard to define problem statement and involve proper Digital & Tech and non-Digital & Tech stakeholders, external partners to deliver Business Case, control budget and ensure successful project delivery.
- Initiate standardized Global project management portfolio including resource, budget, finance, delivery outcome, document retention etc. applied entire Global Digital & Tech team delivery.
- A successful candidate will be firstly business orientated with deep business process knowledge of at least one of the following; Gross to Net, ERP, A&P / Overheads Management, Distributor Management, Customer and Product Master Data, Order to Cash, BI and Analytics or Project Management. Deep business understanding and acumen to switch between different functions and business is expected from this role.
- Service management & Delivery
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction is regularly measured, analyzed, necessary corrective actions and improvement actions are taken in the area like CTO’s Service level and resourcing.
- Channel to BU Tech Head serious escalation in BU/Market/Global in scope and ensure appropriate CH Digital & Tech response to crisis situations like unavailability of a critical system, data loss etc.
- Initiate and define third party service level agreement, measurement on quality and apply centralized service management platform ServiceNow to improve service management efficiency and standardization.
- Business understanding, Impact and Process analysis
- Analyse, define and document detailed process workflows through user interviews, facilitated workshops and expert engagement. Develop a clear understanding of the core entities and accountabilities within the process
- Understand the agile principles and product mindset for the organization
- Understand the business priorities and objectives impacting the business process in parallel with understanding the limitations and gaps of the current environment.
- Quality, Risk & Compliance
- Work closely with TSR/CSL to define and implement info security governance process, SOPs and procedures, and drive Global BU all departments on risk management and action tracking.
- Support TSR/CSL to ensure MLPS certified for all critical and PI related applications/platforms etc. Manage NewCo and brand websites ICP/PSB certifications, work closely with TSR, legal, Compliance, GA teams etc to respond PSB inspection or internal/external audit etc.
- Key priority for next 1.5 years will be Separation and stable operations.
Qualifications:
- Higher education in Information Digital & Technology, Computer Sciences, Business Administration or similar.
- 8 years above work experience in area of Digital & Tech and Digital & Tech Management (ideally within CPG or FMCG industry), experienced in managing all IT related areas with leading a team in MNC companies.
- Solid record in working with businesses (ideally within the CPG/FMCG industry) to delivery high impact and Digital & Tech enabled solutions, successful Digital & Tech business analysis, solution design, program and project delivery and service management comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Agile.
- Familiar with concepts, standards, Digital & Technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software and services in use for delivering information services.
- ITIL foundation/PMP, Awareness of Six Sigma tools/ADP, AGILE/Scrum master.
