About the job:
Company is a UK startup looking for someone based in Moscow.
Please note, they don't offer a relocation package and they don't expect the developer to relocate to the UK. Developer will be working from Moscow.
Company is recruiting a Technical cofounder to develop an innovative B2C app. Company is in stealth mode and will be able to share the business idea with you during the first interview.
Over 30% equity subject to vesting schedule and split equally with other co-founders/ advisors; non-salaried position until they get funded in the future; part-time position turning into a salaried position post-funding.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with the CEO to refine the product roadmap based on customer need and technical feasibility
- Setting company technical vision and leading the company’s technological development
- Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical services
- Communicate effectively with investors on technical matters
- Build, lead and grow an engineering team dedicated to the onward advancement of company
Commitment:
10-15hrs per week to start, moving to full-time when compensated
Compensation:
Significant equity stake, followed by competitive salary/equity mix upon fundraise.
