В компанию-производитель сортировочного оборудования Tomra Sorting требуется Teamleader - Field Service Russia.
Your tasks will be:
- Supporting the Service Engineers in the field
- First point of contact for customer request
- Coordinate Tech Support and Field Service activities inside CIS region
- Responsible for a proper and on time handling of all quotations regarding the service department
- Responsible for all customer orders for the Service product range in CIS (Service visits, spares, maintenance contracts and upgrades)
- Responsible for coordinating spare parts stock in Russia and customs clearance handling
- Coordination with partners for logistic and admin/accounting
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, provided service level and response time
- Responsible for all recycling service employee related issues based on local regulations, such as planning, personal tooling and equipment, H&S, etc.
- Close cooperation within all service departments and other departments
- Give ideas about improvement possibilities (quality/efficiency/profitability)
- Act positively and customer oriented
Your Profile:
- Technical or commercial education, experience in managing role
- Technical competence for Field Service work and communication of technical issues
- Excellent administration, coordination and follow-up skills
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Leadership and coaching attributes
- Being self-motivated and having the proven capacity to fully complete tasks
- Organizational and time management skills
- Socially outgoing, ability to handle stress
