Main skills and education requirements:
Completed Higher Education in Business or Economics
Proven successful sales team management experience in an international company in FASHION RETAIL — at least 3 years, with team under supervision minimum 4-6 people OR team management experience in International Hospitality business (Sales, MICE, FO departments) with true interest and passion for further career in fashion
Commercial mindset and drive for results
Strong networking ability
Strong analytical skills (excel) and PC user
Fluent English is a must, French would be an asset, Russian as a native language

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure achievement of team KPI targets on monthly and annual basis
Support team with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs
Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations
Manage and motivate the team to drive business
Achieving individual and collective goals for sales, be responsible for the results of sales in your dedicated Category
Support the team in building long term Client relationship, leveraging the different clienteling tools
Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information (animate morning briefings, training)
Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation
Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, support them with their own sales, foster cross-selling, upselling and Client repurchase
Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management
Support Operations team in inventory management
Support Store Manager in staff planning (workforce management)
