EXANTE is an international investment company that provides direct market access and professional services to institutional investors, asset/wealth managers, brokerages and investment funds. Now the company is looking for a Team Leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To efficiently manage and control transactions executed by the company and our customers, agents, counterparts, etc. Manage the quality of the function execution process
Suggest process improvements (aiming for a full automation and STP)
Ensure internal and external clients’ satisfaction as per the SLA
Control the costs of the function execution process
Create and keep up-to-date relevant documentation and knowledge base
Communication with internal and external parties (written and calls)
Ad-hoc reporting and case handling
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Understanding of the Financial markets (stock, bond, forex and derivatives markets in particular)
Experience in reconciling financial records
Strong team lead/managerial skills (min 3 years in this role)
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Ability to work with large sets of data
Proficient MS Excel user (Data manipulation experience)
Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian
Service-minded and collaborative attitude, problem-solving and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, analytical skills — capable to prioritize and convert vision into actionable plans.
