As a Team Leader, Rooms Reservations you should be a continuous source of information to help and assist all the guests & colleagues in their needs, as well as replying to all incoming correspondence promptly. You will also assist to Assistant Manager, Rooms Reservations in preparing reports and supporting the team. You must demonstrate a clear passion for customer service and a willingness to learn more about management and leading a team. You will assist the Assistant Manager, Rooms Reservations to train all technical skills and service delivery to an international 5-star standard, and overseas service providers, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding Atlantis Dubai products or services.

 

About You

It is essential that you are an above-average Rooms Reservations provider and hold an international hospitality diploma or bachelor’s degree in business or similar qualification and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Room Reservations environment within the same role. Strong interpersonal skills and very clear and concise communication skills are required, as is the ability to find solutions and think positively.

In addition, an impeccable personal presentation, patient when dealing with guests and colleagues, maintain a positive attitude at all times, pay attention to details, and passionate about customer service. Computer literacy and Opera systems are imperative, and fluency in English is a must. Due to our guest’s demographics, we are preferably looking for either Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or French fluent speakers.
