inDrive is currently looking for а skilled and motivated Team Leader of Product Analytics to lead the SuperApp & Integrations Team.
Responsibilities:
- Select and analyze product metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Assess potential profit and impact of new product features or projects
- Conduct A/B testing, including experiment design and result interpretation
- Maintain analytics system documentation in the company’s knowledge base
- Provide recommendations to enhance product usability and user experience
- Collaborate with data teams to optimize data flows, ensure quality, and create product data marts
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in data analytics or product analytics. Strong analytical mindset with a balance between business impact and resource efficiency
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Redash)
- Solid mathematical background, including statistics, optimization, and causal inference
- Experience in analyzing large datasets and designing data marts for product needs
