Lamoda is searching for a Team leader of Delivery Inventory Management.
Main responsibilities:
Developing strategy and practices for Delivery Inventory Management (incl .develop politics and procedures), incl analysis of current state supply chains to identify strategic areas for improvement and drive business requirements for technology implementations;
Budgeting and procurement process by categories: OPEX, CAPEX, leasing;
Creating a tender calendar for all categories purchasing (uniforms, equipment incl IT, furniture etc), operational management of “off calendar” initiatives from inception to buy ready;
Setting up the process of collecting and consolidating regional needs, setting up online reporting on the number and state of supply;
Identify and process improvement (process flows, business process optimization, scheduling, solutions development and implementation, input and analysis of metrics etc);
Ensuring regular supplier’s performance analysis (performance, cash flow, profit) and control of achieving agreements;
Ensuring the stability of processes from fluctuations in volumes and needs;
Checking and controlling shortage or overstock of goods and damaged goods and solving problems;
Planning and controlling of procurement needs for new initiatives, creating a procurement and supply roadmap (collecting information about needs and collaborating with other operational departments e.g. Quality, Procurement, regions, etc.);
Process automation and solutions development and implementation, business process optimization;
Contract management: Developing pool of service providers for all needs;
Team management (± 4 members), tracking daily output and performance of staff.
Requirements and qualifications:
Education: Technical Universities, postsecondary education in logistics, supply chain, business, or other related field preferred;
Previous experience: At least 3 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, material handling, customer service, inventory control or other comparable service line required;
Ppl management - team more than 5 ppl;
Advanced knowledge and application of Inventory Management practices;
English - upper intermediate;
Ability to introduce change and implement new programs;
Possess a sense of urgency and a proactive, customer-based philosophy;
Possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to foster/build relationships;
Ability to be sensitive to the needs of customers through the practice of quality service principles;
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills;
Possess knowledge of automated materials management functions.
