Karuna is currently looking for a Team Lead RevShare (Marketing Team Lead) for a team consisting of 2 Indian and 2 Brazilian Hunters.
Job responsibilities:
- Team Guide;
- Setting tasks for improvement/creating reports in the Scoreboard to improve the assessment of team performance;
- Writing new guides, checklists, etc.;
- Interaction with other departments on behalf of Revshare;
- Generation of ideas for special conditions, contests, and bonuses for partners;
- Monitoring work with current partners and searching for new ones in the Brazilian and Indian locales - supporting them and maintaining the growth of indicators;
- Conducting contests, calculating bonuses, assistance in making weekly payments to partners;
- Participation in conferences.
Requirements for a candidate:
- English at the Upper-intermediate level and above;
- 2 years of experience as a leader in the sales/support/marketing department;
- Experience in working with influencers;
- Experience as a leader in the marketing department/affiliate program.
