SaaS platform Yva.ai is looking for a Team lead of partnership channel.

 

Responsibilities:
Implement a strategy to develop a partnership channel and a partner ecosystem in general in line with the company’s strategy
Identify partner segments and develop value propositions
Create a system and sales processes
Achieving established goals / individual indicators on key performance indicators
Implement of plans to increase the skills of partners, ensure the implentation of successful partnerships
Participate in optimizing the processes of interaction with internal divisions of companies in terms of developing partner sales (product development, marketing, technical support, etc.)
Advise and educate partners on the value of the company’s products to meet the needs of customers
Develop and implement joint initiatives and activities with related sales and marketing departments
Participate actively in business negotiations with key potential and existing partners in order to develop relationships and joint initiatives
Identify and track measurable channel performance
Participate in marketing events (exhibitions and conferences)
Maintain partner databases at CRM

 

Requirements:
Experience of sales of complex high-tech software products
Experience in managing partnership channels
Experience of international sales through partners
Creating an international partner channel is an advantage
Your advantage is personal B2B sales experience of at least 5 years, including senior management negotiations
Experience of managing a sales managers team for at least 2 years
English at a level not lower than Intermediate
The ability to set specific goals and achieve results
Skills with financial data
High level of self-motivation, focus on results, openness to change
Striving for self-development and professional growth
Grammatically correct speech and written presentation of information, mastery of sales techniques and identification of customer needs, excellent presentation skills, ability to actively listen to a collolocutor, the ability to summarize received information

Офис в 7 минутах от м. «Отрадная», возможна дистанционная работа
Испытательный срок 3 месяца
ДМС после успешного прохождения испытательного срока.
