Gett is searching for a Team Lead of Data Analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor a high-quality data analysts team to support the business growth
- Collaboration with our business partners to transform business requirements into actual deliveries
- Manage the team’s practices and foster teamwork through ongoing feedback and professional development
- Share expertise and best practices within analytical functions to develop a shared center of excellence
- Work closely with the global fraud operations manager and transaction monitoring team
- Suggest and implement new measures to counter fraud: tools, rules, procedures, fraud rings detection, analysis etc.
- Accountable for meeting fraud and payments KPIs
- Recruit and train new Data Analysts
- Work with collaboration with other departments and units to solve fraud, payments service concerns to the best outcome of Gett

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a management role
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a business/data analyst
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong SQL knowledge – Must
- Experience in payments/Fraud – advantage
- Preferably experience with a data programming language (Python) - Must
- Experience as a data scientist (or similar) with experience in data mining, statistical analysis, as well as ML methods – advantage
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast paced changing environment. Flexible thinking and ability to adjust and find solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the ‘on-demand’ online industry – advantage
