Main job responsibilities:
- Support of all digital CRM tools for Retail and Ecom channels
- Coordination with Central team (English or/and French is a must)
- Mindbox released and fully operational
- Regular coordination with other dpts (logistics, brand marketing, forecasting, business analysis, data, retail)
- Participation in coordination with Retail teams, presentation of digital tools, Q&A in terms of need
- Elaboration of newsletters guidelines and scripts for Retail teams and stores
- Management of a Team (2 digital specialists): organization of individual decision meetings, weekly points to work out the operational topics
Requirements:
- Higher education: as a plus - marketing, economics
- Previous experience: min 5-7 years
- Fluent English is a must (French is a plus)
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent user of the digital platform Mindbox
- Good communication, excellent literacy, analytical skills
- Results oriented, creative, proactive, team-player
