Responsibilities:
- Provide employee relations support to managers and staff
- Building HR brand
- Act as a cultural steward; work with team members at all levels to further develop overall capability to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, accountable, and equitable workplace
- Plan and organize team building events
- Organize online events for the company
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
Requirements:
- Demonstrated work experience as part of a small, rapidly developing team and the ability to work successfully in a virtual environment
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, complete multiple projects and meet deadlines; strong project planning and management skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proven talent in providing positive, proactive, responsive relationships within and between departments to ensure compliance, efficiency and effectiveness
