В международную фармкомпанию Sandoz требуется Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support Tax Head in establishment/changes and ensuring proper day-to-day operation of local tax function, with focus on strategy and consulting and, in interaction with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, builds professional expertise, reputation and trust for local tax function
- Analysis of complex and strategic business activities, proposal of optimal tax approaches
- Lead projects initiated by Tax function, represent Tax function in complex cross-divisional projects, including those related to systems/technology changes
- Ensure Transfer pricing compliance and alignment of local TP reporting with global TP process
- Ensure proper documentation of intercompany transactions
- Ensure suppliers good faith check
- Manage indirect (5+, operational) associates
- Communication with internal (local Top management, Headquarters) and external (auditors, consultants, tax authorities, counterparty management) stakeholders
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
- Significant > 6 years’ of professional experience in taxation, experience in a similar role in international / consulting company is preferable, excellent knowledge of Russian tax legislation, knowledge of transfer pricing legislation and process
- Advanced verbal and written skills in English
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to foster a constructive dialogue with stakeholders
- Leadership, people management skills, change management skills
