В международную фармкомпанию Sandoz требуется Tax Head.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Management and alignment with CCFO and Global Tax, TP and Funds flow teams of: tax risks, tax controversy, tax and TP policies, funding strategy for Sandoz RU
  • Business partnering for Sandoz RU in all tax related areas
  • Manage communication with tax authorities, relations with external tax advisors
  • TP compliance management (TP notification, Local reports, BMS, alignment with external consultants and Group TP team on operational questions)
  • Funding process management - calculation supervision, alignment with Global funds flow team
  • Tax compliance supervision - declarations, payments, reconciliations, updating tax accounting policy
  • IFRS/RAS/Tax accounting and closure supervision and methodological support in part of taxes postings, DT calculation, FCRS forms and WP, NFCM controls revision
  • RAS audit - manage tax related areas. Manage HCP taxation process
  • Contracts - consulting, contract review, templates development, tax risks assessment

 

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • University degree in Tax, Legal, Finance or Economics
  • 7+ years’ experience of tax practice: in big 4 firm (or equivalent), leaving as Manager/Senior Manager including 3+ years’ experience as in-house tax professional
  • Excellent knowledge and solid experience of national and international corporation tax and transfer pricing laws
  • Strong tax technical expertise to operationalize and implement tax planning projects and to defend them in tax audits
  • Fluent in English
