IKEA is looking for a Talent Sourcing & EVP Leader.
Your responsibilities:
In the role as Talent Sourcing & EVP Leader, you lead an efficient, effective and consistent execution of Sourcing & EVP solutions to proactively ensure a pipeline of talent candidates to fill job vacancies, building a fair selection process based on IKEA values
You will:
Local lead for all Sourcing & EVP planning related aspects in country
Lead localisation of the Centre of Expertise Sourcing & EVP concept, frameworks, approach and process in order to ensure successful implementation in country
Proactively collect and transmit country Sourcing & EVP needs to the Centre of Expertise
Contribute to a high standard of excellence within Sourcing & EVP, delivering a consistent high quality service to IKEA internal stakeholders and giving candidates an excellent experience in line with our IKEA values and brand
Implement sourcing strategies that address future business needs and objectives through innovative and multichannel methods
Be responsible for execution of all local initiatives linked to employer marketing and branding in the country including managing national partnerships
Network with stakeholders across the country organisation to proactively monitor and manage sourcing needs for today and the future
Monitor external employer and workforce trends and leverage for adaptation of attraction and sourcing strategies at country level
Take a data-driven approach to monitor and track performance on Sourcing & EVP dimensions.
