В приложение для VR-тренировок FitXR ищут Talent Partner.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Inspire a future generation of engineers and tech specialists to help realise our mission of making fitness fun and accessible to the world
  • You'll support Engineering, Product and Data teams to build out highly accountable, collaborative and aligned teams to deliver against key product deliverables
  • Partner with Senior Leaders to build a defensible pipeline of tech talent, both for current needs and future possibilities
  • Own your area - This is your domain, we want you to stand for yourself and own your successes and your failures
  • Provide valuable qualitative feedback on hiring trends, market analysis and key problem statements to the Talent Manager, working together to provide solutions

 

OKRs for the Talent team:
Most of OKRs are strategic projects driven by the Talent Manager; but company would love for you to share your views and help drive results:

  • Average 4.8/5 score for onboarding - Driving high probation pass rate, empowering new joiners to be confident in delivering
  • Establish a robust, objective, consistent and tailored FitXR interview process
  • 90% of Talent SLAs delivered
  • cNPS score 30+

 

Requirements:

  • You understand tech stacks and ways of working in tech companies - App layer, programming languages, databases, front-end, back-end, squads, tribes & chapters. It all makes sense to you. You'll ideally have an understanding of game development in Unreal or Unity Engine, with an appreciation of the full technical architecture supporting the end application. Will happily consider people from broader tech backgrounds though
  • Accountability, collaboration and low ego - small team, working with high-level goals. As such, they're looking for problem solvers who don't need a defined, clear requisition list to work from. Opportunistic hiring, changing priorities and fluidity are all critical here
  • You use a modern, cloud-based ATS, and you know how to navigate it, manage your pipeline and coach Managers on effective use. You can also interrogate data and run reports. Company currently uses Workable, but not for long
  • Screening - You're comfortable talking with Engineers at all levels, qualifying their capabilities vs requirements. You can also assess culture-add and whether the person on the other end of the webcam will thrive at FitXR
  • Search tools - You understand how to find the right people, at the right time on the right platforms. LinkedIn Recruiter, Otta, Cord are all open on one of your browser windows as you read this
