British American Tobacco is searching for a Talent Manager.
What you will be accountable for:
- Identify key skills to develop based on talent management insights; ensure constant search for the decisions to cover soft-skills development needs
- Create training plans in line with business needs and talent management purposes
- Design and deliver training courses and workshops; adapt global corporate training programs, collaborate with global colleagues
- Deliver training, facilitate workshops and meetings, provide feedback and coaching
- Create and implement of the annual internal communications plan
- Manage employee engagement projects
- Budgets management (T&D, Internal communication)
- Participate in HR and cross functional projects
Essential experience, skills and knowledge:
- Higher education
- Experience in Talent management
- Experience with corporate university as an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Managing the work in multitasking
- Drive for result
- English – upper-intermediate
- MS Office - advanced
