TikTok is searching for a Talent Development Manager for growing Central Eastern Europe and Israel regions.

 

Responsibilities:

By way of effective business partnering, develop credibility for self & team and identify talent development opportunities to contribute to the success of the business through learning and development offerings.
Focus on key groups, team leaders, middle managers, or newcomers to create customized programs aimed at improving their managerial skills, core business skills, based on the skill sets demanded of them by the company.
Identify, conceptualize, implement, measure and improve end-to-end projects in the area of talent development by utilizing various tools of talent management.
Work closely with the global team and other International counterparts to continuously exchange and develop best practices and implement those in the region.
Support and organize the employee engagement programs and initiatives that support culture building.
Be an advocate of ByteDance cultural values by creating learning interventions that help employees incorporate it in their daily work.
Manage the new-joiners learning experience from day 1, creating be-spoke onboarding programs and orientations.

 

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree, preferably in organization development, human resources, education, business, or a related field. Learning & development experience with Adult Learning Education certification is highly preferred.
Language preference: English is mandatory. Russian, Polish, Hebrew is preferred.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects. Experience with regional project management preferred.
Experience working in a global tech corporation with a matrix organizational structure.
3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective L&D programs that are practical, realistic, and produce measurable impact.
Enthusiastic of being dedicated in training field; Strong facilitation skills with the ability to positively engage and motivate all learners.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a business and user-friendly manner.
Familiar with use of e-learning management systems that host e-learning materials.
