Japan Tobacco International is looking for a Talent Attraction Lead Expert.
What you will do:
- Coordinate workload within the team of screeners and set daily business priorities
- Coordinate training and onboarding activities for new-joiners to the screeners’ team
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, coordinate projects within the screeners’ team
- Act as primarily contact for simple escalation cases
- Support GBS specialists on technical and organizational queries and issues resolution
- Provide expert advice to Hiring Managers and local PnC community
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities as a Talent Advisor
Company expects from you:
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources
- 3 years plus of experience in recruitment. Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Profound knowledge of Success Factors and other systems in scope of GBS
- Profound knowledge of screening tools and practices
- Good understanding of Recruitment processes
- Excellent team player, open minded and flexible
