Talent Acquisition Partner, will be responsible for managing the recruiting process across multiple functions in Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Russia & CIS.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-life cycle professional recruiting process (up to 15 requisitions simultaneously)
- Work with Hiring Managers and Business Based Human Resources in the recruiting process from beginning to end
- Collaborate in creating staffing plans, develop strategies and implement action plans
- Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency based interview techniques
- Coach hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
- Initiate and maintain a network of contacts / agencies to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs
- Interview and evaluate candidates for employment factors
- Consolidate candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process
Requirements:
- Higher education
- A minimum of 4+ years experience in recruitment is required ( Agency or In-house)
- Upper-intermediate English language is a must
- PC advanced knowledge: MS Word и Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Capability in recruiting for wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills required
- Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information required
- Ability to work within a team approach is required
- Strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills
- Strong customer and marketplace focus
