В Johnson & Johnson ищут Talent Acquisition Partner. 

 

Talent Acquisition Partner, will be responsible for managing the recruiting process across multiple functions in Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Russia & CIS.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-life cycle professional recruiting process (up to 15 requisitions simultaneously)
  • Work with Hiring Managers and Business Based Human Resources in the recruiting process from beginning to end
  • Collaborate in creating staffing plans, develop strategies and implement action plans
  • Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency based interview techniques
  • Coach hiring managers or teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
  • Initiate and maintain a network of contacts / agencies to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs
  • Interview and evaluate candidates for employment factors
  • Consolidate candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • A minimum of 4+ years experience in recruitment is required ( Agency or In-house)
  • Upper-intermediate English language is a must
  • PC advanced knowledge: MS Word и Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Capability in recruiting for wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, customer-service and organization skills required
  • Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information required
  • Ability to work within a team approach is required
  • Strong account management, consulting and interviewing skills
  • Strong customer and marketplace focus
