Kantar is recruiting a TA Partner to be based in Moscow, Russia, reporting to the TA Team Leader North & East Europe.

 

Key outcomes:

You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Global Talent Acquisition CoE, and more broadly across the local Kantar business, undertaking active searches amongst passive and competitive audiences to meet short term critical hiring needs. Equally, you will build specific market knowledge and targeted candidate communities, core to our business, to deliver against mid-term hiring needs. Your role will be to evangelise and excite these communities about the Kantar proposition and build strong relationships through relevant and regular communication

 

Measures of success:
Undertake pro-active searches to engage passive candidates through the application of targeted search skills
Build good market / segment knowledge of key talent and develop strong relationships both internally and externally to support building talent pools and a network of industry relevant contacts
Effectively and responsibly run full-cycle recruitment & onboarding processes for all-level positions
Establish and support strong partnership with local universities to provide sustainable employer-brand positioning among future talent: leading graduate initiatives such as trainee, internship programs, lectures etc.
Build effective selection methodologies and expert execution; fair, consistent and objective always;
Positively challenge stakeholders to drive excellence and ensure recruiting approach is geared towards attracting relevant skills to achieve Kantar future strategy
Provide support to business / line managers in defining compelling candidate propositions and market relevant role profiles as well as providing candidates with an exceptional candidate experience
Natural curiosity and drive to deliver a best in class service while adding commercial value to the process with knowledge of the market and disciplines
Support HR team in other internal and external employer-branding initiatives

 

Capabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or related field
Not less than 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate and/or search firm recruiting, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting from entry level to senior hiring
A personality that is tenacious, with a positive outlook
Evidence of successful search and selection in complex markets where engaging with passive candidate is the norm, experience needs to include using a broad range of social media and networking approaches
Evidence of recruiting in multiple geographic locations
Strong stakeholder engagement and expectation management
Expert communicator / networker capable of engaging passive talent over extended periods with the ability to convert to viable candidates
Creative and innovative in candidate attraction and engagement techniques
Evidence of robust selection methodology design and execution to deliver quality hires
Evidence of delivering excellence in the candidate experience and effective onboarding
Qualifications in psychometric tools is a plus
A natural collaborator and team player
Language skills: Russian native speaker, English fluent.
