Role and Responsibilities:
Improve a system of internal recommendations and increase internal promotion rate.The goal is to fill more than a half of the vacancies through internal recommendations. ;
Executive talent search for middle to top vacancies (PO, Senior Engineers, Head of Dept etc.), who match the cultural code.
Share your experience and coach teams in recruitment and competency assessment tools.
Market research, identifying, and selection of potential candidates;
Management of the search process — head-hunting, advertising in mass media, database screening, internet resources, professional communities & recommendations;
Grow HR brand.
What important for us:
Work experience in IT or tech company;
Ability to work in a flat organization with cross-functional teams/ We don’t have hiring managers. We are based on the principle «you are hired and fired by your team»;
You want to share your recruiting knowledge and make your team the main source of attracting talented candidates;
Knowledge of databases and hiring sources in different countries (particularly Russia & Europe);
Understanding of engineering specifics;
Knowledge of English at a conversational level is mandatory, knowledge of other languages is encouraged.
