Job responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment for tech, marketing, product, finance and legal vacancies
- Onboarding new team members
- Helping startups shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
- Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve Palta HR brand
The company expects you to have:
- 6+ years of recruitment experience for various types of roles in tech (large product companies and startups are highly preferred)
- Profound knowledge of all modern sourcing technologies
- Great communication skills and client-centered approach
- Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
- Eye for detail
- Fluent English
