adidas is looking for a T&D Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading projects in Retail management learning area: analyze business demand and consult with HR Partners with tailored solutions for learning programs, create and design new programs and trainings, and adopt or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of new approaches in T&D world;
- Adapt global corporate training programs, collaborate with global colleagues;
- Deliver trainings, facilitate workshops and meetings, provide feedback and coaching;
- Participate in HR and cross functional projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in HR, T&D, economics;
- Talent management focus is an advantage;
- Required work experience of at least 5 years as T&D manager and at least 8 years in HR overall, preferably from a well-known brand name company (industry doesn't matter);
- Advanced facilitation and communication skills, ideally Certified Coach;
- English level is upper intermediate;
- Experience in leading complicated projects (full cycle);
- Results-oriented, pro-active, client-oriented, organized, willing to develop in HR.
