Main requirements:
- University degree (Public / Government Relations, Journalism / Philology degree is a plus)
- 3+ year experience in communications
- 1+ year managerial work experience in a large multinational company is an advantage
- Experience in communication projects management and execution of communication campaigns – development, implementation, scaling up
- Experience of working with communication and event agencies – tenders, task-setting, coordination of activities
- Experience of budget management 3MM+ roubles
- Experienced PC user (excellent knowledge of MS Office; SAP proficiency is a plus)
- Fluent English (both spoken & written)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal);
- Hard-working, proactive approach

- Team player; ability to build partnership

Job responsibilities:
- Engage in developing internal communication strategy to support long-term JTI sustainability initiatives
- To execute and develop programs aimed at providing opportunities for employees to join Sustainability and CI initiatives, including: matching donations project, volunteering program, charitable marathon, Sustainability days and others
- To support engagement of employees in the meaningful Sustainability activities, boosting team spirit, employer branding and pride for the Company, and ensuring feedback
- To execute strategic and tactical communication programs to increase employees awareness about JTI key initiatives with a focus on Sustainability and CSR projects
- Adapt and coordinate global communications projects on sustainability agenda for Russia market
- Develop and support cross-functional communication framework with JTI Russia regional sales teams to ensure efficient execution of communication campaigns (sustainability, anti-illicit, RRP) and relevant feedback delivery
- To engage in coordination of internal communication events (Town Halls, ExCom visits etc) to ensure sustainability agenda is properly promoted
- Provide quality support in internal events for JTI Russia employees, share an expertise and promote best practices
- Provide communication support and expertise to various departments upon request
- Recommend options to address potential threats as well as leverage opportunities
