Job Description
Contribute to sustainability strategy to reach RCB targets 2025
Contrubute to brands strategies and help to identify opportunity incl sustainability agenda in brands role
Helps to design Dairy RCB roadmap
Lead the sustainability projects
Prime mover for Dairy sustainability projects and gatekeeping process
Ensures project pipeline visibility
Coordinate cross-functional team work within the project
Lead capex process and execution if needed
Looks up for cross synergies (different projects; categories)
Responsible for project launch in time in full
Responsible for finance KPI’s of the projects
Manage insights agenda for respected portfolio
Coordinate market research projects in collaboration with Insights department in order to build deep consumer understanding and identify growth opportunities for the brand
Manage x-functional working parties and 3rd party relationships.
Collaborate with a wide variety of cross-functional teams such as engeneeering, R&D, procurement, marketing, design, and operations (details below).
Assist with third party agencies and suppliers communication: Tetrapak, design agencies, etc
Participate in stage gate process
Acts as a Prime Mover for projects
Lead preparation of gate documents of projects of responsibility
Lead alignment with cross-functional teams
Qualifications/Requirements
3+ years experience in Marketing / Project Management
Higher education
English – upper-intermediate
Strong analytical skills
Strong project management skills
Strong knowledge of Finance (P&L, cost structure, budgeting & budget control)
Demonstrates willingness to take on challenges
Drive for results & goal oriented approach to work
Initiative and creative ability with high level of execution
Team player
Proven track record of project development and experience working with a cross-functional team/ matrix organization
Good communication and presentation skills.
