KIA Motors is searching for a Supply Senior Specialist.
Responsibilities:
New CKD project development in Russia and CIS countries:
— Communication to HQ
— Project development and coordination from initial stage
— Master schedule preparing and control its fulfilments
Communication with HQ for current CKD supply:
— Order placement; Back order control; Proforma-Invoice and shipping docs verification
— Reporting and monthly closing
KD kits shipment control:
— Shipment monitoring. Monthly; quarterly and annual planning
— Control over parts supply mode changing (localization)
— Priorities setting based on Sales requirements
Cooperation with Russian manufacturer:
— Production planning based on OTD monthly / quarterly / annually. Result reporting
— Daily production control, reporting plan/fact
— Production priorities setting based on Sales and Marketing requirements
— Control of parts ordering / supply and stock at Russian manufacturer side
— Local parts price control
R-stock control:
— R-cars status preparation / analysis and counter-action developing
— Spare parts order & supply control
— Manage KPI target for aging R-stock production
— Weekly reporting
SAP transaction on every stage of KD supply chain. Processes optimization and SAP development
Requirements:
3 years of relevant experience in automotive industry
Office advanced user is must (Excel; Power point)
Systematical approach on information handling and presenting to management
English level – upper intermediate (oral and written) / Korean language knowledge is highly desired
Attention to detail and its understanding, resistance to routine work, results oriented / goal achieving.
