Mars Incorporated is looking for a Supply Finance Business Partner in Mars Wrigley segment (mini CFO).
Responsibilities
Drive Finance agenda and financial KPIs delivery,
Participate at Factory Management teams and decision making process (including providing financial analysis bases)
Develop long-term and short-term factory P&L with focus on Conversion costs which is supported by continues optimization program (via NQC improvement, Value Leadership programs, portfolio optimization etc.)
Supervise Pclose and prepare Forecasts P&L for 2 factories: monitor, analyses, evaluate trends on volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts, plan, last year and activate plans for KPIs improvement and delivery
Collaborate with other functions (Regional Supply Finance, Market Finance, Supply Planning, Supply Operations, Industrial Engineering etc) on different projects aimed at Value creation and Continues improvement
Requirements
Financial Education
Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/etc) is a plus
Solid experience in finance (at least 4 years) and in finance analytic
Fluent English
