Your Challenge
Allocation review /Demand changes / Bagging signal Segmented Supply ZVSRC (30%)
Accountability for sharing allocation figures (all crops) with local sales.
Accountability for translating sales demand in a “bagging signal” respecting Allocation figures and Regional Segmented supply rules (CW, AD, LM ZVSRC updates).
Coordinating with CU leadership on priorities and local site leadership on execution.
Weekly planning, capacity plan and final bagging orders: coordination with the local subcontractor Team, communication with Segmented Supply and leader of the overall process.
Product availability (shortages management), timing (delays), internal and external trades request (30%)
Accountability for sharing and make always visible to sales supply availability and alternatives in case of shortages.
Serve as the primary local contact to local teams to respond and coordinate supply availability issues.
Accountability for sharing potential delays with local sales team when supply is going to be RTS later then promised (distr. dates in ZVSRC).
Coordinate and request as needed supply internal Cluster trades, escalate at East CU level trade request as needed and propose to East CU lead.
Warehouse & Logistics local Management (20%)
Manage local WH (allocation and optimization) and logistics needs and adapting to business needs.
Support financial reporting and forecasting for local logistic.
Provide local guidance on trade compliance, specific to the business.
Responsible for process standardization and identifying best practices within and across Russia.
Work closely with authorities to secure import permit and authorities request in compliance.
Drive Continuous Improvement (10%)
Identify, support, and promote business and process improvement projects within the function.
Identify key processes that may be standardized.
Identify best practices and proactively share with managers.
Development opportunities (10%)
Identify trainings opportunities for individual developments for the entire team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
MBA or Master’s degree desirable or other supply chain credentials preferred.
At least 10 years’ experience in operations or operations planning.
Experience in supply chain required.
Experience in European seed industry desirable.
Demonstrated experience in leading teams.
Strong analytical skills.
Proven success in leading projects and teams.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Ability to prioritize work, work under time constraints, and work under pressure.
Ability to influence and motivate across functions and reporting lines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with key stakeholder across functions.
Ability to identify issues and generate solutions to deliver to the customer.
Ability to forecast and plan operations and make reliable financial estimates.
Ability to motivate and influence across functions and reporting lines.
Dynamic: ability to prioritize work, work under time constraints, work under pressure, manage complexity and uncertainty.
Ability to make balance competing priorities, and drive decisions and solutions.
SAP experience required.
Excel, BW, SQL, and other systems experience a strong plus.
Ability to travel (around 6>10 weeks per year abroad).
Fluency in English and Russian additional European language is a plus.
