Supply chain business partner will be overall responsible for the iteration with the whole of Supply Chain function, providing relevant support during Annual Business plan, monthly Projection and other ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of cost calculation (logistic, raw prices, product mix impact) with focus on forecast accuracy improvement
- Financial KBIs tracking, providing Plan/Fact analysis with explanation of major deviations
- Business cases evaluation
- Indirect procurement centralization project participation
- WC & FCF management
- SC contracts validation, understanding of cost structure
- Month end financial closing participation
- 1 people in direct subordination
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics and/or finance
- 5 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
- Background of international/FMCG company
- Strong analytical skills
- US GAAP/IFRS principle knowledge
- Fluent English
- Strong self-organization and interpersonal skills
- Multitasking, problem-solver
- Presentation skills
- 2 years and more experience in Finance business partnering would be a plus
- People management experience would be a plus
